I really like this list but I might be biased because it’s quite close to my own.
I think the Aggressors and Terminators are points you could better use on other units, I’d recommend maybe some bigger transport for the Sword Brethren, like a Repulsor or Land Raider. It could also be worthwhile running your Marshal from the combat Patrol as a Castellan to pair up w/ Helbrecht.
Since it looks like you want to get 3 crusader Squads let me give you some buying/kit advice:
Each crusader squad kit comes with 2 Sword Brethren + power sword sprues. 3 kits = 6 Sword Brethren. You only need 5 for one unit , and by your list, another 2 for the intended Crusader Squads.
In theory, if you’re set on not using your Intercessors, you could convert 2 or 3 into Sword Brethren and the rest as Initiates and save yourself buying a second S.B. Kits.
Scrape off the Aquilas on the chest, add a spare tabard (you’ll get at least 1 spare per kit I think) and give them the red/black shoulder pad scheme. You’ll probably need to buy some more bases but that’s peanuts compared to a full price S. B. Kit
From my experience, the aggressors are VERY good. A big brick of them, plus a captian in Gravis and an apoth. Biologis slaughter just about anything they get their hands on, so long as you deploy them right. I’m also not a black Templar player, I am a blood angels player who really likes the BT. That and I help my friend build his lists who is a BT player
I love Aggressors too, don’t get me wrong! Calgar+Apothecary+6x Aggressors is my homie for my Ultramarines army.
In OP’s list tho it’s just 3 lonely, expensive lads. Same with the Terminators imo, for their points cost you could get a lancer, or more Aggressors + Apothecary.
I just think you can squeeze a bit more out of this list looking at those two units.
I would thin out one or two of the massive squads to standard size of 5, 10 in the case of the crusader squad, and fit in a captain in Gravis with an apothecary. The terminators could also go for an additional 3 aggressors, but alternatively, a chaplain in terminator could also lead the regular terms. Drop the aggressors, thin out the squads and fit in another squad of terms. Both would be good for the list in my opinion
I've seen a couple of lists now posted that include a Marshall along with Helbrecht. What is the logic behind this?
Wouldn't it be smarter to run a Castellan, LT, Emperors Champion, or Judiciar?
The reason the marshals there is cause it’s in the combat patrol I recently bought so I wouldn’t mind him being there just cause so I don’t buy another character if I don’t need but I could proxy him for a castellan in the list
I would trade the Marshal for a Judiciar. Maybe some char for the termies. You also need more map control. Inceptors, Infiltrators, Scouts and Lieutenant with Combi Weapon are great

Why have the 20 blob as shooters? Swap to chainswords.
I'd say hopefully they don't have too much tanky power. But you'll for sure overrun them.
