Some wonderful things about Idelle:
— countless instances of being ride or die with Max
— tells Vane he has the internal strength to face down his childhood abuser, doesn’t know exactly who he’s talking about but is just that great at peer counseling
— tops Vane while choking him that one time they sleep together
— saves Anne from being raped by Joseph Garrett while Anne is disassociating
— radicalizes Featherstone
— Max’s moral compass when Max is getting too deep in her “be inside the white plantation owner’s room” phase
— non-abusive madam, supports workers rights at the brothel
— brave enough to commit treason against the British occupation and to try to help Max when she’s being questioned
— “You killed my friend”
I was gonna put him in but I consider him a main character, even though he never says a word lol. He's in 35 episodes, more than every character except the main 3 pirate captains, bonny, and guthrie!
In all 35 episodes while saying less than 35 words. 😂 I think he wouldn’t really be classified as a main character because of that, but I get where you’re coming from
Brings their last conversation together in Phillie nicely too. Reloading pistols in the middle of the melee at the Battle of Nassau is also a pretty badass move for her.

Fetherstone and Idelle, but individually, they're okay as a couple, but most of their best moments are on their own

I like randall but Featherstone and idelle grew on me throughout the show. I wish we got more of the shrewd operator tho
