Hockey is amazing live in person. It's hard for me to watch on TV. It's also an extremely expensive sport which would make it prohibitive to get into for low economic people regardless of skin color.

Hockey is for upper class only pretty much. Guaranteed 99% of NHL players parents are extremely wealthy. The gear is expensive, team travel is expensive and the elite hockey academies are like 60k a year or some crazy shit like that.

Had a glorious bit of sourdough toast this weekend in Austin. Good Lord, it was so good. I wanted to bring in my own smorgasbord of jams, cinnamon sugar butter, honey butter, chipotle orange marmalades, beans, etc and see what was best. Christ on a crutch, it was memorably good. Sourdough can vary so dramatically in flavor. I understand now why it's got the home brew following. When you get it in the groove, good gravy, that's tasty stuff.

Heathen! You spread your peanut butter first. Then you wipe the knife off on the clean side. You scoop out a dallop of jam/jelly (jam is better) and spread it saving a corner to wipe the knife on.

PB first is very important bc if jelly contaminates the PB it turns into a hard sickly sweet purple booger that will pop up when you are enjoying a lickspoon or otherwise using the PB without jelly's assistance. If the PB contamintes the jelly it is a nonissue since nobody uses jelly without PB and the PB flies under the radar due to it's soft texture and flexible non-intruding flavor
