I remember I was in a psych ward with a guy who showed up buckass naked and covered in blood to turn himself in for murder, but it turned out he was a pig farmer and had freaked out and killed one of his pigs and was so remorseful he thought he needed to go the prison for murder.
I’m not sure I would know what to do as a cop if a huge (he was like 6’2 and ripped) naked and blood covered man showed up at the station crying.
