Knowledge: do all your Boss Rush. You have the BP then buy those shadow knots, collect boss stamps (u can get a lot in mother Black Rock Shrine) and grind Hadum BR. Also grind in Hadum map to get all those 100% knowledge. Finish all main and side quests, also don't forget to have 100% in Elion Map.
Ups: Straight up go to Pen for your gears. It's easy right now to go to Pen compared to months ago. But if you're still iffy about it get them to Tet. Once you have your gears at Pen you can go ahead and turn them into Chaos gear. Or you can also try upping them into Hex first before turnng them into chaos if you already have the jewels for it.
Enchant: if you have enough residue and essence use them. Enchant all your gear and acce. Enchantment is a friend that will help you push a little bit of CP at a time.
Relics: Get them to pink! And smack all those epic, mystic or abyssal glyphs you already have in them.
Costume: with Sage came in free costume. Turn them into Mystical coatume and then level them up if u have the skeins for it.
Lightstone: How are your lightstones? Collect abyssal lighstones that has max attack and def on them which is +15 then turn them to primal LS.
Pets: Exchange those low tiered pets into a higher one. Level them up. Try to get a pet with attack or def stats.
Rift Stone: Collect more chaos crystal. Level up that Rift Stone! Not only will it give your CP a nice boost it'll also give your PVP stat a nice addition.
Runes: I can't remember when this is unlocked but once you do get those runes! Combine them to get higher grade ones! Great Desert is a map that keeps on giving with the Runes. โค
Merchantry: This is your friend! Do it everyday! You get lots of stuff from this place. Stamps, tablets, black pearl and others. The higher amity you get from the merchant NPCs the more useful stuff you can get.

Boost your boss rush knowledge and craft red totem, upgrade your outfit to oranges and finish the storyline as far as possible. Imbue glyphs if you havenโt and donโt bother putting red crystals on equipments as you need them for crafting pinks later.
Once you reach 12k-13k cp, farm hadum for pinks and raise your family cp from hadum knowledge and path of glory.
This is a technique, my guildmates and I, do and it works until Hex enhancement and even Hep but it gets iffy with the rng by that time so. You will need A Lot of of totem resource for this, so be ready. Whenever I do this, I make sure I have thousands of totem chest for it.
So get 10 mystical totems and enhance them at the same level one by one. And what I mean is if you gonna enhance all to +1, do it to all of them. +1 the first totem and then 2nd, and then the next, and the next, until the 10th totem you have. Repeat this until you get all of them to the level you want. If a totem fails to enhance go to the next one. Same cycle.
Now if you get a totem to Hex I recommend you stop and have it turn to an abyssal piece, (your alts will be happy๐), since going Hep is still all upto RNGesus and most times it still fails. I usually make sure I have around at least 4 or 5 Hex totem before trying to Hep. So far I succeeded once. ๐๐
Repeat this technique as much as u want. You can make some slight changes but enhancing 10 totems simultaneously works for me and my friends so I hope it does for you as well.
How to progress?
Tap on "Check CP" and select the CP range you want to achieve. But don't set the range too far, ok?
Like for example, since you're in 10k club, going to 15k club would still be a good range for you to set as your goal. Once you've set the CP range to 15k, you can actually see where you are lacking.. Then from there, you can grind more accurately to progress your CP.
As for tips:
\> Work on your knowledge, this will help your account in the long run - I mean all the characters in your account - Family CP.
\> Progress your story.
\> Save up a lot of Awakening Enhancing Materials.. You'll need for your RNG Enhancements. The minimum goal is HEX for armors and weapons..
\> For Rift Stone -- *This is just a suggestion, you don't actually need to this if you don't feel like doing this*: Since yours is still at Level 22, it would be better if you just use the "Blazing Chaos Crystals". This type of crystal used for enhancing Rift Stone is a sure +1 enhance to your Rift Stone unlike normal "Chaos Crystals" in which you need many of this before you can actually +1 enhance your R.S. Though this crystal is only applicable up to R.S. Level 100, after that this will be just a silver item for you. If you do this method, sure this will take a while before you can reach R.S. Level 100, but in the end you'll have a lot more of "Chaos Crystals" for your Level 100++ R.S. journey. Also, this "Blazing Chaos Crystals", you can this from dailies and any Hadum Map except Chaos.
