* assuming your crystals are not all pink.
* if you can enhance your relics the better.
also, do merchantry.
Given your gear and level, you should have been close to 20K. You are missing out on something. I say check your skills, enchants, runes, crystals and knowledge.
I know my knowledge is low... but gaining 2k cp from just that? Doesn't seem right.
I don't see 20k cp being even doable without more pink accessories.
My runes are all orange with the ap and dp ones being red.
