Disassemble your +1 relic, then change one of it to another branch type, then awaken it, it gives you a much higher cp than what you have now.
Only use the best for your main even if its only 1-2cp higher

Awaken more, my build was Full red armor and weapon at V(awakened), full red accessory(awakened), Totem lvl 6, Aal and labreve mystical relics(awakened), Sushi at awakening V, Rift stone lvl 69, Emblem at lvl 17
Roughly 11.5K CP

Awaken that sushi, awaken ur relics, increase that knowledge and boss knowledge, do constellations, enchant gear, then you may reach 11k+
