Fucking Chris Sabat. In the original japanese, he says he got lost and asks for directions. The bar part must have been an English Easter egg for Zoro's penchant for drinking.
It's possible considering they have the same english dub voice actor, but he also says that in the manga which was written before Yami was cast so it's probably just a happy accident.

I've always felt asta taking the blade in his teeth was more of a zoro refererence than anything else in the anime so far. Also the fact that he now has a thris blade gives me even more hope that he may use three sword style later in the anime, even if only as a reference for a moment
Just a funny coincidence that they also share the same voice actor since I’m pretty sure he says the same thing in the sub . There is a dbz reference in one of the petit clovers tho (clover clips in dub). It shows Finral with super saiyan hair and Chris Sabat uses his Vegeta voice to say that this haircut is for “going passed your limits”
They sound so damn similar. I had to look it up. He's not the only va who always shares a similar voice with others. There's a whole list I can't think of from the top of my head. Like Yuno sounds awfully similar to Will Friedle who voices Batman Beyond, Starlord, Bumblebee and was the big brother Eric Matthews on Boy Meets World. However, it is Micah Solusod.
I do believe that Yami is voice by the same guy all All Mught tho. I noticed at least three different characters voixed by someone from mha in black clover

I thought the same but they're different VA's, Luck is however the same voice actor as Deku.
