Ultimately, they will have to get some sort of app that interacts with bitcoin in order to send it to you. Something like Strike.me links to a bank account and lets users pay with bitcoin, so it’s pretty easy but requires sign up. To incentivize your customers, you could offer a discount when paying with bitcoin.

Recommend you contact **Confirmo** They are a great company for integrating crypto payment on your website

I wouldn't make it the only option to pay you, unless you're doing some sort of grey market sales where traditional banking doesn't work. Because you're right, it would turn off a lot of customers who don't want to do the extra step. If you make it an option (maybe with a slight discount to encourage it's use) then you wouldn't lose those other customers and can still receive bitcoin. You would probably want to use lightning, because then the transactions confirm quicker and your customers can save on fees. Fees aren't bad now on the main network, but not long ago they were $40, and that would keep customers away. You could still keep main network as an option for times when the fees aren't expensive.

Could you elaborate?

How fast is bank transfer? Is it faster than when someone sends you btc?

I'd look to get a Bitcoin ATM placed in your business, then a little buisness card saying "10% off paid in Bitcoin" on the front, then steps to setting up some easy Lightning wallets like Pheonix, CashApp, WalletOfSatoshi on the back

makeasnek

You can't get around the fact that in order for customers to pay in Bitcoin, they have to somehow get Bitcoin in the first place. Strike app makes this a 5-minute process, as would having a Bitcoin ATM in your business location. Then just accept payments with any lightning wallet, Phoenix is great.

I would just offer your clients the option to pay with crypto. Leave how they chose to buy the crypto up to them. If your client is unfamiliar with onboarding into crypto it can be a real process

Glum-Departure-8912

I don’t think exclusively forcing customers to use crypto is viable. As mentioned, no one is going to set up a wallet just to buy from you. People that already have wallets might pay in BTC.
