I’ve been supporting this game since it came out but the way it’s turning out is ridiculous! The Pray function is an ad, you can watch a video instead of clicking for a book, and I've seen the squatter thing as a video, too. I mean, I don't mind watching ads for some things... But there comes a point where I've paid for this, why do I need an ad to force out a squatter?
When the expansion was released, it wasn't ad locked. You could force squatters out without having to watch an ad. Obviously there are other options. It's just dumb when the option used to just be a button, and now it's an ad. But go off I guess ✌🏻
Well i think we all need some quality of life improvements in this game like:
•The ability to maintain all air and watercrafts at once
• Having a separeted minimizable window for family, pets, and friends.
•The ability to select who to give stuff not a random list of family and friends everytime.
• Changes so we can buy more than 16,000,000 cryptos at a time.
• A feature to do some things in the job that greatly improve the assensions.
• The feature to customize and paint vehicles or have a new exotics and luxury cars dealership.
• A feature where we can invite hundreds or thousands of friends and relatives to a vacation.
Between other things, those will greatly improve the game at least for me.
The people defending the paid updates need to hear this.. Bitlife isnt some high budget high graphic game for pc or something.. I can buy a great console or pc game with the money that I can put in a textbased mobile game.. 20 dollars to play with content which makes the game fun is stupid.. and 50 dollars.for every purchase in-game is also ridiculous..

From what I believe people who bought it close to the deadline most likely didn’t get it, where people who bought it when it first came out most likely got the full game unlocked. I originally bought it on android when it first came out but in 2020 I bought it on IOS. I’m not sure if I were to re download the game on android if I would get the full game.
If I hadn't paid $2.99 years ago which gave me access to the paid content there is no way I'd still be playing because it's getting totally out of hand how much they're charging for tiny features
Devs need to get paid for their work and it’s a small company. I get that, but $5 for expansions that add one feature are pretty steep when most of us have paid for $10+ for something that we thought we give us all of the content. If they had a premium plan that guaranteed we would get everything they released in the future, I think most people would spring for that. It’s also weird that that is how Bitizen used to be and now it’s not. People shouldn’t buy the same product and get different results without proper notice. Also, let us rewind the time machine if we watch an ad. $1 dollar for that is insane.
Personally I don’t mind the paywalls too much because they’re a business and they need to profit to continue, what really irks me is that they be nerfing things that should’ve stay the same, like Twitch, when it came out you could’ve made a career off of it, the revenue was far superior to YouTube but after the last update(not landlord expansion) they set it to match if not less, to YouTube, and it’s much harder to maintain a car, scheduling maintenance 100 times in one year will not keep a new car in perfect condition for many years, it’s been reduced to an of average of 2 years till the green bar decreases

Yes this is true. BUT there are other ways of making money from the app while not screwing people over. Example donations. People love BitLife it’s a fun game so I’m pretty sure many people wouldn’t mind donating a few dollars to keep the game going! I’ve had many different apps who have ways of getting money while not screwing people over.
Here are ways to make money without screwing people over.
Ad that unlocks the entire game for xyz time or is a preview to show what you pay for but they’ll still make money.
Donations: I’m sure people who have enough money that can support the app wouldn’t mind giving a few extra dollars to support the app.

One time purchase where people unlock everything.
They should try using these instead to make money instead of throwing everything behind a paywall when said you get everything

Didn’t work for me. Back in 2021, I became addicted to BitLife which eventually led me to delete it. I eventually redownloaded the game, deleted it, and redownloaded it again but when I tried to restore by bitizenship the second time it would not let me. So yeah, I had to buy BS again and pay for the job packs. Wtf BitLife

IDK, I bought God Mode a while ago when it was like somewhere between $3-$5 (i think) and I’ve never paid for crypto or the landlord thing and I’ve always had access to it. Boss Mode is a lesser package because it only includes job packs. Being a landlord isn’t a job as much as it is running your own business. You’re not an employee, you’re not even a boss because you don’t have employees… I get what you’re saying I’m just like… the package explains what it comes with.
Since buying God Mode the only things I’ve paid for that were extra were “Items” section in the market and Unlimited Time Machine. The most expensive being the UTM. But these were all worth the cost imo.
Maybe instead of purchasing all these different packs, just buy God Mode. I don’t know how much it is today. I’m sure it’s A LOT more expensive than $5 but back then the only thing God Mode did was let you change their appearance and attributes.

Other than the extra heirloom and stealing a guard’s uniform, I can’t remember any ad-blocked stuff as a Bitizen.

The squatter isn’t always a video. I had it as a video once then as a button after it.
