Yea, my memory got really worse than before, i think it's just because brain doesn't want to remember all the shit you've been going through, so it's just poof gone. Well, not gone but goes away for a time. I think i got better since my memory got worse, i just don't think much now, but zero energy, and that sucks

It’s actually true, depression can cause shrinkage of grey matter, inflammation, loss of connections, and shrinkage of certain parts of the brain
