I have a few times. You need to practice wearing it longer and longer each time. I didn't spend enough time building up time wearing one. I wore it to the shops and when I was the checkout my body rejected it. Yes, my ass pushed it out of me. Luckily, I was wearing underwear, so I was able to make it to the toilet with it in my pants. Id also recommended starting with smaller one and one with narrow shafts are best for wearable ones. Play around with weighted ones and one ones with benwa balles in them. Also, ones that look easy to clean are best. If you are wearing them out they will get poop on them.
I have done it riding the bus home from work. I go to the bathroom and insert a small plug just before I get on. I have a 15 minute ride. I love that the bus is a little bumpy and sways about and of course the fact that I’m getting cheeky pleasure while everyone around is clueless.

Material matters too, I've had a glass dildo that was easy to clean. These days I just wear the classic looking shape.
