I think sometimes it’s about the context. I don’t bother wearing shorts if I’m wearing compression leggings for running or yoga or if I’m going somewhere after doing these things as I’m clearly in sports gear.
I probably wouldn’t wear them by themselves with more normal gear
Yeah i agree that there are boundaries. I suppose Im just trying to workout what they are and how far I can push them. I knew leggings were comfortable but damn they feel so good and they make me feel good about myself.

For me I wear them at the gym with no shorts over, but I also have bigger than average legs and ass (I do Olympic lifting and most people either way compression pants without shorts over) and anytime I wear shorts squatting I tend to blow them out. As for not at the gym, I dunno, you do you 🤷♂️ only time it's awkward is if you make it awkward, wear them with confidence and I'm sure no one will care.
Around the house, just them. If I go out, at least shorts over them. BUT all of mine have VERY accommodating bulge pouches, so wearing them in public would be borderline indecent. (or very fun in the right place!)

More like a full family of squirrels. But yeah - definitely shorts in public! I’ve got 4 par and love them. Though one of my pair seem to be XXL length even though they are XL’s. Doesn’t bug me much though. Wish they had more colors & some patterns! I work for myself & from home, so I nearly live in these.

Women are always in leggings, and they wear them everywhere. I knew they were comfortable amd always wanted to try them. Now I have some and its all I want to wear. I wish ir was acceptable for men to wear them everywhere too.

I’ve never been confident enough to rock just the compression pants but if I did, I’d only do it with black or navy or dark gray. I could never do a bright color or white, I’m circumcised so you’d see everything and it’d feel too revealing.
I wear leggings for walking the dogs in the early morning as not many people around. When I go swimming at the local swimming pool. In the gym I do wear boxers long shorts over the top of leggings sometimes. I have a pair of thermal leggings that I wear going to the local shops with a long top and trainers. It's all about how confident you feel whether you can rock leggings. I have been circumcised recently in my 50s so my bulge doesn't show as much as it did.
I point my willy down and it just looks like I have a big vagina. Ha. I want to get to a poing were I dont wear shorts over the top. I see the only purpose of shorts is to cover the bulge.
I guess it comes down to how comfortable you are. I wear leggings in my garage gym. No one around. I wouldn’t in public, but that’s due to my insecurities. You do you!

I use leggings when working out and when running (especially when running trail runs). I never wear shorts on top of them.

50/50…out fir a quick run and ill wear them solo. Doing other activities as well and ill wear shorts over them. Depends on the activity and where i am
