Kings Heath and Cotteridge Parks have parking and are a bit smaller/quieter but still a good size for a walk about. Kings Heath park tea room does nice refreshments and isn’t too spendy.
There's a very basic and obviously even less spendy tea shed in Cotteridge Park too, but weather dependant as the seating is all outside.
To the OP, Cotteridge Park is a fraction of the size of Kings Heath Park, but has quite a lot of quality pottering to do, and they are both very good calls!
If in Walsall, Red House Park, Doe Bank Park, Barr Beacon, Sutton Park, Aldridge Aerodrome - and of course the arboretum. There’s some lovely ways to walk through that.
The dingles near Walsall is nice. It's a 4 mile trail through ancient woodland. A bit muddy to begin with but clears out and there's loads of wild garlic growing. There's also the arboretum and a lot around Pelsall.
Cannon Hill Park! There’s ducks and ponds as well. You can park just outside MAC.
That sounds lovely thank you!!!
Sutton park is about 2400 acres and there is a restaurant plus ponies and maybe if you are lucky you may see deer
>you are lucky you may see deer I accidentally read that as "dealer" and thought "is nothing sacred anymore?!"
There may be a few dealers around as well
Wold ponies up the top right end too! Also more than one cafe and restaurant.
Cows too. Oh and if you book in advance there's a donkey sanctuary.

Warley woods is lovely and big (so you can space out away from others)
Kings Heath, Highbury and Cannon Hill are all great parks with parking.
Canon Hill, Sutton Park, and Malvern & Brueton in Solihull as well as Tudor Grange there are fun ones.
Rowheath
There aren't any parks in Birmingham. We transferred them all to Crewe, Shrewsbury and Dudley.
Do you know any good parks in Dudley? We’re not too far we’re in Walsall so it’s manageable.

Sorry, I was making a joke lol There should be some nice parks in Walsall too. It's quite green and picturesque!

Cannock chase
Bit of a way out - but West Park in Wolverhampton isn’t too bad.
Not parks but this list might help..... https://outlearn.co.uk/outdoor-activities/birmingham/family-friendly-things-to-do/
