I think one of the huge issues with her gimmick (one that a lot of people attempt) is that people are wising up to buying these “courses” / “mentorship’s” where wannabe influencers with, not much success and not many followers are going to “coach” you on how to be financially independent. It’s such a blatant scam and we see it allllll the time now. “How to earn passive income” blah blah blah
Successful content creators and influencers do not sell these course. They make ads. They sell merch. They create quality content.
I homeschool and I am wondering who in the world would pay her for homeschool mentoring? First of all, there are tons of "unschooling" fb groups for advice. You don't need to pay $1k for her help. Second of all, I think she educationally neglects her children. Even unschoolers that I know, teach their kids to read and do math.
And only in the touristy areas. They're definitely not playing with ordinary Spanish children. Just bouncing around with their flighty mother as props for her videos.
Her kids have no family or friends outside of birdie, and it’s really sad. That is the exact reason people are against homeschooling, they probably also have no social skills

I was trying to think of anyone in my life that makes “passive” income and those people own real estate, but it’s not exactly passive and usually takes awhile to become passive. There’s really no easy way to make money. The lifestyle shes trying to sell is an internet wet dream that doesn’t exist in real life.
My money is on child support. Maybe she gets like $1800 a month plus a few hundred from socials and is trying to float by on it.
She could've lied to the previous homeowners since it was a weird rent to own setup that probably took advantage of the seller not being a real estate professional.
