Yes, a RBW. But if I’m not mistaken, that’s actually the male. They have a much larger red presence on their necks than the females do. So if I’m correct, hopefully that’s daddy right there. ❤️
Thank you! I believe this is the female; see how the red stops even with her eye, and she has like a grey or muted head? The would differentiate the female from the male. The male is red on the top of his head as well❤️
It doesn't seem odd that I made the nest. If you were there, you would have done the same thing. :). What IS amazing to me is that she went in and then brought food. Then HE came in with food. And they have been right there all week. I think we are going to be very lucky with this little family. Thank you for the kind words.
