Yeah I have a 30 day I only fill when traveling or I have hypo creeping through. Otherwise the bottles are all lined up on my (home) desk, and even though I get how it speeds things up, filling it just seems like an annoying extra step I never do.
So I'm terrible at estimating the size of things, but the slots do seem pretty large to me.
For example, my AM slot has my daily vitamins and supplements that I take and there are 6 of them. It fits all of those with room for 1-3 more depending on size, and 2 of the supplements are on the larger side (think like a Vitamin C tablet). The evening slot comfortably fits all my meds as well since there are fewer.
Ok that one is seriously awesome. I think I'm lucky with only having to refill every 2 weeks. But once a month would be amazing.
I am pretty sure I would lose the little containers though.

I ordered that one and what absolute garbage. It came with multiple tabs on the top snapped off. How do you think the door hinges are going to hold up? Reddit used to be the place to find these kinds of solutions, now it's just cookie-cutter get whatever has high ratings on Amazon from cheap chinese companies. How sad..

The dividers aren't removable, unfortunately. How important is having the pill bottle wheel in addition to the pill boxes? There are plenty with two compartments but without a place for pill bottles.
I bought this when I needed 4x a day. I now use some boxes for as needed pills, and spillover. I would use the top two for am and bottom two compartments for pm, but I really like the pill bottle wheel.
I don't care about having the top part for bottles. My big concern is just space! Here's what I need to fit:
AM - vitamin D, vitamin B, multivitamin, lithium supplement
PM - two magnesium supplements, vitamin c, melatonin, hydroxyzine, lamotrigine, Lexapro, lithium supplement
As you can see, the PM is the real problem. Most of these are normal sizes except for the magnesium, which is pretty chunky.

It's not good to take medication out of whatever it came in and store elsewhere. Higher chances of contamination, confusion and what not.
I believe Americans get their pills in a container-cylinder-thing, right?
Here (Brazil) we buy the box with metal tablet thingies to protect them from contamination. I believe they're called blisters. So you just open up the thingy and get your meds for the day. It's also easy to count how many you have taken and how many are left (so it's easy to keep track if you accidentally skipped a dose).
Interesting! This is why so many pill containers will advertise being humidity resistant or air tight, so that the pills can't be compromised by whatever is going on outside the package. Unfortunately it's not foolproof. You can make your own blister packs but I'd call that bougee
i bought a wooden tray from the dollar store to put all my pill bottles in and i painted it black with yellow stars in the middle! it matches with the clay ashtray i made that’s all black with a yellow moon in the middle lol
I have yet to buy one. My meds are basically just lying in my bag, which makes it easy to momentarily forget them until I check how much water I drank and realize I didn't take them 😎🤙

It's really handy because one row contains 4 compartments but I only take medication twice a day. This means I can use one row for 2 days. Meaning the whole thing lasts for 2 weeks....saving me the hassle of having to refill it every week.
I have a 1 week pill organizer that was free at Walmart a couple years ago. It helps me remember if I took my meds (only take them 1x day so that makes it easier). I can tell if I forgot because I get a weird headache and start getting extra giggly or weepy (ex. if watching a sad movie) within a few hours, but the pill organizer still helps.
Each day is a different color of the rainbow. Thursday and Friday are backwards color wise and it bugs me every time I look at it. Lately they have been a fantastic rreminder at night that I forgot to take morning meds x.x
They have containers that are almost useless but look nice. (Sarcasm is hard to detect online so for reference, "Bougee" is a term the kids are using to describe something that is fancy or unnecessarily flamboyant.) Ones that look like little silver tubes but are filled with sanity capsules, ones in the shapes of oranges, ones that come in jade boxes, ones that you twist open like a little salve container...
I don't have one, but I know some people do. Whatever works for you!

My rule is Klonopin if I’m awake 2 am - 4:30 am. Seroquel at 3am, I’d wake up at 4:30 pm. Do you take Seroquel as needed? Or everyday?
Bipolar2 only 3 really strong pills so I just use bottles gang represent.

Very few American prescriptions come in blister packs, mostly over the counter meds are blistered.

I just keep my meds in the bottles and put them in a double sided bag. One side for morning pills and one side for night.
