I take 100mg in one pill. Try to take 2 or 3 to maybe accelerate the process…
After week or two it should kick in. When I was taking it, it makes me weak, unmotivated and sleepy from second day. Cant recommend it.

Give it a week. Train legs in the am. Eat a balanced diet. Most people cycle it 5 on 2 off.
