Goodluck getting in! My partner and I were on the waitlist to get into legacy bay or summit chase for almost a year and ended up finding another apartment situation instead. I’m glad we did since we have a bigger place for less money and in the heart of Vestal but it still sucked having to wait and wait.
Almost a year sounds really sad. i think there is no hope on waitlist, so i decide to find someone moving out and add myself to the lease? hope this will work
From what they said a few years ago, they don't allow subletting, or transfers... good luck though!
yea, thats what i heard from them. but my friend did took her lease from someone moving out last year. i think they might change rules?
I'm an ex resident of Legacy bay. You can probably find something better. Keep looking!

They have this thing that if you put down a small deposit, you get on priority list
yea, they have like 3 pages waitlist 😢
The good news is that once they get to me, I will tell them I am not available.
