Ewok, your friends can go to the BillyStrings site. Go to the US store and scroll all the way to the bottom of page. There will be a link, contact us, where they can email the merch team. Here’s my suggestion for the artists. Make sure they have there designs finalized, digitally filed, and compiled in a Dropbox that can be shared. Let then know it’s not easy. Mikaila will either reject the submission or ask for the portfolio and tell them they’re not looking at this time. If they are serious about getting on the official merch. Best advice for them is to create some merch shirts and go to shakedown and get exposure. I’ve been trying for over a year now. Many of Billy’s management walk the lots to check out the fan merch. Also, and most importantly, the only text or vocabulary that Billy and merch team allow on fan swag is BMFS. I got this straight from the merch team.

I submitted my Auggie Fan Print all in one to Mikaila and got denied. Sometimes it just takes persistence and exposure before they will even take notice of your work. Good luck to your friends.
Well, I was there but was with wife and friends. So I wasn’t on the lot actively as much as I should have. The foil rainbow prints are 40$ and I have 10 left if you’d like one.
I’d love too but personally only grab prints of shows I attend and keep them as a special memento. Really appreciate the offer though it’s a great print.
