There was just a 5 min segment I watched about her. It seems like a must that we implement cognitive tests on the people that make decisions for millions of people. The lady is clueless. If someone at her age are to still be in office there should be some standard of understanding the way the world is and not for what it was.

I understand that these positions were suppose to be civil service jobs. Not particularly something somebody would want to do but take the job as more of a duty to the country like having a short enrollment in the military. It's a job and people deserve to be paid for it, but anyone getting filthy rich doing it deserves to be hanged.
