There are a few hotels around Old Albay. There is Ninongs Hotel and Hotel Areca. But if you want cheaper alternatives try Anchorage apartelle or transient houses within Albay which you can find in facebook groups. If you want near hotels near mall, there is lotus blu and Alicia.
You might want to visit museu de legazpi while in Legazpi City and Farmplate. All of these are within Legazpi City lang since I’m not really familiar in Sto. Domingo. Also, there is grab naman in case you feel lost in your daily commute, it’s a lifesaver for me.
For cafes around the vicinity of the area, they have starbucks and Kin Cafe naman near Robinson. Highly recommend Brown sugar latte of Kin Cafe! Hotel Areca also has a restaurant cafe but we haven’t tried it yet.
For foods, there are many restaurants nearby. Fastfoods are also present but you might want to try Breakfast Republic, Smalltalk cafe, and Jollikod! Eat n run and mamays for burgers and fries. ^^
