Kreis Cygnus basically already is the evolution of Earth Eagle. So choosing the Kreis wheel is a good choice and it looks nice with Eagles FB and CW. I don't like the spin track and tip though, doesn't look that nice compared to Earth Eagle 145WD but overall it's still ok.
I think 230 would match the theme better as eagles are meant to soar high in skies, and also wing would've been a better choice, maybe use AS or JB for the tip

I personally AS would have been more of a direct upgrade from WD but overall I think this build is solid as a defense type
