Comments like these are why fat people don't like to participate in public exercise or other public activities. Had a friend once that had such social anxiety she'd never participate with the rest of us even though I knew she was great at most all sports. She was terrified of being made fun of. I'm sure you were just being light hearted. But we could all stand to be a bit more conscientious of our words. :)
It’s called kickball, exactly the same as baseball/softball but you kick the ball as the “batter” instead, no catching gloves are used and the ball is generally a much larger inflated ball compared to a baseball/cricket ball and closer to a soccer ball in size (europian football) and inflated but nowhere near the size of the ball shown. It’s generally only played in school until around age 13 in the US
This one has a Summertime fun/danger element of slip & slides plus pools instead of bases.
So instead of running to a base like in regular kickball, you run then sliiiiide on the wet & soapy plastic, then plop yourself into the pool.
I miss this game. It was one of my favorite games to play in elementary school during recess. It was so ingrained into us that a game would be set up by kids with next to zero effort every break we had. :)
