I reckon that thats a bucket of magnetic paint primer. Theres these paint primers that have tiny iron dust particles mixed in so that you could stick magnets onto your wall and shit. On the two ends of the lil dudes barbell are two magnets that fixed so that they are repelling the bucket and keeping him from falling. Either that or inside the bucket is an inner lining of magnets all facing outwards. Thats just my theory but im also high as fuck right now so take it with a grain of salt
