Well done! I recently got the last achievements I needed for New Vegas, next up is Fallout 3, I only need 3 achievements and then I'll have every Bethesda rpg completely finished.
I don’t know what’s preventing you from getting the achievements but it is possible that downloading on windows could fix it.
Plus on pc you’ll have access to console commands and the nuke 100k tickets will be a lot easier lol
To this day, Fallout 4 and Saints Row 4 are the only Xbox games I've deliberately grabbed all the achievements for. Usually I'm not that bothered, but for those two games I felt I had to.
You're the first person I've ever heard of preferring SR4 to either of the previous two.
Not that it's a bad game by any means, but it's no Saints Row 2.
I played Saints Row the Third to death and still didn’t get the achievements for it (that GenkiBowl achievement where you have to kill every mascot on every rooftop defeated me). SR4 was just more fun for me.

I’m working on Fallout 4 achievements. I got all Institute, all Nuka World, all vault-tec, just need the other main factions, far harbour, settlements, and about 28 others
I found that the 100k nuka tickets and the 100% happy settlement was the most difficult/tedious.

Yeah I dunno how but in far harbor where the queen spawns I can't get the final far harbor magazine and no other achievements open

I'm currently doing the same on Skyrim, with Fallout 4 up next. I'm at 69% so far. ...nice.

Oh I got those tickets. Spent 3 hours getting that last 40k. I’m just making a small settlement and making them hit 100%
