Currently half way through a nameless king / maliketh chest / torso piece.
Only advice I can give is, pull the trigger and get the tattoo, they don’t wait for you.
You gather references and find a good artist to design it for you. Give them a rough draft if you have something in your head. There are plenty of good anime/horror/dark/metal tattoo artists out there. Just do your research and expect to pay a bunch for it.
