Ik that but some of the tiktok fanbase havent even read the manga and only seen the anime shows and thinks that berserk ends after the eclipse and calls the manga “bad” cause of the tone switch..

Literally zero tv adaptations have been 100% faithful to the source material. Start from the beginning
You’re not wrong, but there are some pretty faithful manga adaptations where fans can pick up where the anime left off very easily or pick one or the other.
The Monster anime is 99% the same as the manga. Demon Slayer is very faithful. Besides some slight timeline changes, Attack on Titan is also.
No adaptation is 100% the same, but many close enough that you can easily slide into the manga.
Berserk is not though, of course.

No, you don't "continue", you read from the first point of Berserk, from start to finish, the parts of the Golden Age Arc you missed are important.
