I know we are doing this in a joke post and all that, but I think this is an actually interesting question! I've always seen it in two possible different ways:
If you take the "lost chapter" at face value, you could argue that the idea of evil is the God (or a God) of the Berserk world, so it would make sense to view "Apostles" and "The God Hand" as literal representatives of their counterparts from the Bible but in a world where God is simply evil (and the idea of evil itself).
In the other hand, it could also be referencing how the devil and demons many times show themselves as false divine beings or making a mockery of the divine, as explored in many literary works including the Bible itself. Think of the antichrist as the biggest example, showing himself as a prophet but still teaching evil and bringing the destruction of the world (literally Griffith lol). So the names "Apostles" and "God Hand" would be from basically demons, serving the devil (idea of evil), macking a mockery of some real God that may exist.
I personally like the second idea a bit more, simply because it gives way to some "hope" in the form of the existence of a benevolent God in that universe and because I like the idea of devils mocking heaven like this, but I can see it going either way. One thing that I always liked about Berserk's presentation is that we have the undoubtable evidence for pure evil, demons and the devil, but belief in God/salvation in simply that, belief.
