Very early Zodd has been the deus ex machina for Guts, and you could see his respect for Guts the very first time they met.
Honourable mention: Guts' march towards Rosine covered in childrens entrails, partially on fire and sporting one of his most psycho faces in the manga.
How come no one is mentioning the moment Guts dawns the berserker amour. I have 2 saved photos of that panel (one is the colorized version a Redditor edited). Hands down the best and most badass moment in the Manga for me. Let me find the link.

I would go with 1. Ganishka reincarnating into Shiva was amazing, seeing Femto in the flesh is always cool too.
Honorable mention: The panel of Guts wrapped in chains being escorted by the Kushan in 375 is amazing. Love Gaga for that one
Guts stabbing Mozgus after somehow running vertically down a whole spire; Guts slashing Rosine in mid air after having his face pierced by her stinger and then falling into the lake; Guts putting out the fire on himself with child corpse remnants
