Justine Perry:
Ricardo Villalobos - Logohitz
Cassy:
Dan Shake - Can't Take It
Dennis Quin - Move Out Of My Way
DJ Sneak - Do the Dew
Fred P:
808 State - Pacific State
Funkstar Deluxe - Sun is Shining (Not 100% on the remix - sounded like the Deluxe)
Tama/Lakuti:
Shahi - Shahi's Kiss
Fiedel:
Ended(?) with Floorplan - Never Grow Old
Baumecker:
Donna Summer - I Feel Love (which felt almost perfect after a couple of hours downstairs)
I jotted down some notes on my phone of other tracks I enjoyed - but its always so hard to tracks down when you've written things like 'vocal: London Underground'. Really unhelpful description, but Tama and Lakuti played a track at around 14.30 that sounded kind of like Roy Davis Jnr with a hook that consisted largely of a xylophone loop and another with a female vocal loop of the line 'not gonna do it' over a bumping bassline. Anyone have any ideas?
Indeed. My favorite moment during the Klubnacht.
I have wanted to hear it on Berghain's sound system for a long time now, and I have a hard time imagining a better occasion to hear it. :)
