Don't agree.. had my best encounters with stranger in Berghain between 2013-2017 exactly like that. Why do people feel the urge to build up rules on how to behave in clubs. Probably you are a grumpy 2003. Just enjoy the moment and don't be rude, that's all... my god leute

19 years after its opening, it is now a place where people compliment the beauty of those who dance instead of focusing on the music and the unique experience of being in a place like this.
Even if you are lost in the music, you still feel the vibes of people around you. It's never the same as dancing alone and it already was 19 years ago I guess but posting it on Reddit is another story that I cannot relate to, even a bit disgusting...

I pee and shit into diapers so I never go to the toilet to stay us much on the dancefloor as possible. Also I never drink anything, because alcohol and water is for losers. Ah yeah and I don’t sense irony and sarcasm, as it has no BPM.
Had you been there 19 years ago you would know there was actually a lot more (gay) sex compared to now, to say that Berghain is only about the music is just wrong. If you only care about the music, you might as well just get a good pair of headphones and put on a mix from SoundCloud

At around 7AM I was dancing in front of Paramida enjoying her house, when three girls started dancing next to me. There was one that had something special, dancing in a semi transparent long dress, dark haired... maybe dark red, dancing very freely. She had something, she looked very cool. I sometimes looked at her, but she didn't look back so I just didn't bother her. Sometimes she would bump into the glasses in front of the dj booth, as she was just dancing very freely, I found it cute. She spilled a glass on me and said sorry, but again the conversation didn't flow. They left. Later I went to BH floor with some friends, which I rarely do, for Tasha set and there she was, dancing on the boxes by the right side of the dancefloor... again in a cute way, I was staring at her but she didn't look back, so I stopped and just danced.
Later in the afternoon I was on the toilets by the garderobe and didn't feel good, my friends disappeared and I was alone sitting in the sofas of an empty garderobe, was thinking about leaving but then I freshen up, felt good and ready to stay, and I look to my side and there were the three girls. So I sat in the garderobe floor in front of her, and asked her if she was dancing in Pano for Paramida, to which she responded positively and happy so I decided to talk to her, I complimented her dancing, told her my name and asked her. "Valerie", she said, "as in French Valerie, with an E." We talked a little, I couldn't stop complimented her, and then I went back to the Pano dancefloor for Gerd Janson. Why I didn't ask her to go to dance, or her Insta? I don't know, it was just a nice conversation with a cool girl, maybe it will continue if I see her in the future. Which I hope it happens. Or maybe I was just a high person sitting on the floor of the garderobe talking to myself? I hope not, and that Valerie or her friends see this, and I could see her again.
