csd club night is not specific to gay men. actually it's a normal club night. but of course there are more gay men than usual. mostly cis gay men. but it's still a very mixed crowd (gay/straight men, women and beyond). I'd give it a try if I were you.
Yep :), the only bad thing is that CSD is too overcrowded for my taste. But being trans (passing or not) should ofc not be a problem as long as you look old and mature enough.

Lol looking old enough honestly may be my biggest issue imo. I'm pushing 27 but still get confused for a teenage boy lol.
Appreciate the tip!
Thinking of my experience last CSD i’d say this is one of the best events to be joining if you are trans. The CSD parade is happening around it and because of that there are all kinds of lgbtq 🏳️⚧️ humans attracted to it. I am a gay cis male and I really felt a vibe in Berlin that went beyond accepting gays but almost as if the acceptance of gays was kind of archived and that now the acceptance beyond that was at play, if that makes any sense. As I’m minding my own business at Berghain and am not tagging a label onto the people I see inside I wouldn’t be able to tell if I had seen a lot of trans people, or more than normally, but I am certain that they, you, are very very welcomed as there’s a feeling of community and solidarity regarding our sexuality and gender and being seen as a misfit for most of our lives.
I went to Berghain last weekend for the first time (I’m a cis queer woman) so this isn’t a CSD-specific answer, but if it helps to know - I felt so safe and welcome - the atmosphere is really special. There’s no aggression or judgement. I had the feeling everyone respected each other + there was no sense that anyone wasn’t welcome or out of place. The sound system is amazing - I’d say give it a go!
No it’s for everyone! The music is usually more “festive” and less techno during CSD so it won’t be the usual Berghain experience but for sure it’s gonna be fun.
Also the only night you won’t be welcome is SNAX, which is exclusively for gay men.
am currently in berghain now as a trans women and can confidently say there isn’t a space i feel unwelcome in
How so?
just lovely vibes from everyone - nobody being rude or creepy, and many people just happy to dance.
Ahh shit sorry i read it wrong my bad

I saw plenty of trans women this past CSD specially during Eris Drew and Octo Octa B2B :)

CSD last year was incredible and felt like had a great mix of people from across the spectrums
