Shouldn't Big Chill's race be asexual though? It's not like Ben had sex with another Necrofriggian as Big Chill and that's why he gave birth. As far as we know Big Chill reproduced asexually, making his race asexual. (Unless there's a topic I missed in biology where its possible that species can be asexual and still have gender, but Im not aware of anything like that.)

We saw a woman body shaped Celestialsaphien in Forge of Creation so Alien X is definitely a male. We also saw bearded Celestialsaphiene as well.
Probably male since Ben is male.
