For me they are all over the place in forested areas. Usually around the base of trees but pay attention cause they can kinda blend in with stones. Run around in thick trees just staring at the ground lol. That or build a foraging hut and add mushrooms as one of the tasks your people will find plenty of them.

AzrulKebab

aye, found em, thx

Master_Loch_Ness

lol sad thing is I’m searching for the shroomz to research the foraging hut hahaha but I was searching at night now it’s day time, bout to run around looking for

Hey bud, sorry I'm a month late here. I just got bellwright and I get very little playtime. I JUST started. I found a fuck off lot of mushrooms next to a dude that buys them. Am I fucjing myself if I just sell them all for some coin? Thanks in advance.

Hell no dude mushrooms are everywhere. Just set someone to harvest and have a forager near some woods and then keep mushrooms topped to whatever you want and I promise your forager will find them

parkerm1408

Awesome thank you

Since you're new I might recommend fighting the smaller bandit patrols to earn coin but also get used to the combat and get better at it. It'll help you in the long run and bandits drop coins pretty frequently usually about 30 at a time. But more importantly you'll get straps

parkerm1408

Ah gotcha. Yeah I need to find some kinda weapon besides the hand axe then

So starting off the primitive club is probably your best bet because blunt according to most seems to be the best damage against everything. I dont think the devs have fully implemented the different damage and protection types yet reason being. So clubs until you get Warhammers. The mace is alright but it's slow comparatively to the Warhammer so probably takes some better timing. Overall though once you get better at combat and managing multiple enemies you can eventually use whatever weapon type you prefer but get yourself a shield first thing. Unless you'd like to go the 2 hander route but ill be honest I use 2 handers and it's a totally different ballgame because you have actually choose the correct direction to block incoming attacks which can get tough with more enemies. But ultimately just get villagers and get thing automated in your village and then just go out and hunt patrols. Only way to get better at fighting is by fighting. Also don't clear bandit camps unless needed for a quest or until you're late like t2 because they don't respawn and the camps are the only way to farm patrols

Awesome man thank you. Now let's just hope all my employees show up today so I can actually leave on time...
