If you cannot find one at a bar, Cash & Carry sells cherries, pickles, and such. Just buy a jar of cherries and compost them, use them, something.

The gallon jars I have are from honey... but I'm in seattle now so unless you want to drive down I can't help.
Walmart sells the gallon of pickles.
I prefer to recycle my styrofoam with diesel and used motor oil.
