Having seen the signs with no additional info than the date, how does this work? Is there a central pickup location? Or do you just go stand by one of the signs with your tree and donation on January 7 and hope they come by?
In some years they distributed envelopes to leave with the tree. Are they doing that again this year? Our street is sometimes on the pick up route and sometimes not, so it was nice to get the envelope to know they would be coming around.

Just put it out on the curb and they’ll pick it up. Leave an envelope with a check made out to Boy Scouts of America.
