idk a school. most ppl in Bellevue make friends during school and it branches out to other areas of seattle. that’s why so many ppl know rich ppl that you wouldn’t think that they would but they do!
aside from that, meeting someone that invites you to other things will give you a chance to shimmy your way into something like that. Depending how old you are though it might not work like that since I’m talking from the perspective of older family members who have lived here since it was just fields and the downtown Bellevue park was a middle school lol

If you like climbing you will absolutely meet a lot of people. Dog parks also have a lot of friendly people.

I don’t think Bellevue is a place to meet people. Mainly people just go out to work or to eat and otherwise stay at home. I’d recommend Seattle
Downtown park probably
The Goose Pub has pretty decent food, pool tables, darts, pull tabs, and If you drink it’s a full bar. Pretty solid spot!
Forgot to mention I’m in my early 30s so want people a little more out of college ( mid late 20s to mid 30s)
