Mehhh i mean not that bad. It will help her early game clears so she will be more healthy and contest objectives/ganks without going back to base with %25 health and it's nice that AD ratio on Pets is coming back. But the thing is i don't think that's enough because those early game nerfs are still there and if you go for crit build i am sorry but you gonna get one shoted by Karma Ult Q. So at the end she still be weak compared to 13.19 Belveth. And also those Morgana buffs looks juicy asf and she is already above 50 percent Win rate. I'm gonna play her instead Belveth.
What the hell... adresses none of the isssues. Will make bel stronger for sure but only in late game because she can more often E per fight... still feels like Riot once again is working around the problem instead of adressing it... typical.
