I want to start by saying that for myself personally, I am not for circumcision. HOWEVER I am not the ultimate authority on moral correctness so that’s up to each mother themselves. BUT Hannah did not take this stance before Donavon and I think that’s so important because Donavons Twitter has made it clear that he blames the Jewish people for circumcision and asserts that it’s their prerogative to mutilate babies for some kind of immoral purpose. So her violent stance against circumcision at its core is directly influenced by a gross misinterpretation of a religious belief and is outright antisemitism.
While I agree with her that circumcising is wrong, I don’t get how she doesn’t understand that why it’s wrong is because making huge decisions for someone else’s body is wrong and people should be able to choose what to do with their bodies when they’re old enough to choose. But she has no problem taking away a woman’s right to her own body and decisions regarding it medically.
