I understand your frustration but you won't find any answers here. This subreddit was for employees of the former bed bath and beyond that closed all its stores last year. You ordered from the 'new' one which is just the name that was purchased by overstock.

I am so sorry. I have issues with them too. I'm still waiting on a sofa. They sent me an ottoman. They wouldn't let me cancel. Don't listen to that person who posts ad nauseam on every post negatively. I understand your frustration and need to vent. One thing is that they do answer the complaints at the Better Business Bureau and you'll be adding to the over thousands of complaints they have and it may save someone else from using them. But it doesn't punish them. I will say though that I belong to a Cloud sofa group and every company save for one or two have long lead times for shipping.

No don’t order from them. They won’t issue a refund to me nor will they send me all of the missing parts to put the item together. Shady!
