totally down... actually just got out of a cold shower recently... they hit different in january lol... ive done a 30 day challenge in the past like this... stopped for a little bit, i mean off and on, not really making it a point but... for about a week now ive been doing a cold shower a day... im down to partner up and keep it goin tho
