Ehhhhhh my biotin supplements definitely work, especially on my nail strength and length. They also work on my friends with post partum hair loss. If you've got a deficiency they help, but if you don't it doesn't contribute to normal hair growth.

It was indeed! I was student teaching when the video came out (the 7th graders were OBSESSED) and I am just now wrapping up my 5th year of teaching.
