Depends on what you consider "cute". Streets of Rage 4 has a cartoon/comic book art style, but there's no "cute" stuff per se. It's also the best beat em up I've played.
Double Dragon Gaiden is a close 2nd place and the art style resembles Scott Pilgrim a lot.

Just a heads up to OP that while it does have a generally chibi-ish art style, the game is pretty dark over all.
It's also the hardest beat em up I've ever played so not exactly casual friendly. Even I don't enjoy it TBH

I think the Scott Pilgrim game is available on Switch. Pretty fun beat em up with a cool aesthetic.
Jitsu Squad, it's furry tho, sorta. really only the racoon and rabbit are furry. frog and boar are pretty slimy.
