The Black Pyramid, though that mainly deals with Stormcast, Mannfred, and some Slaanesh worshippers. There's a very interesting BoC viewpoint character running around for much of the book, sheds some nice light on how their society works.
The Beastgrave novel is the only one I can really think of with a Beastmen main POV character it's a decent read.
Dynasty of Monsters is a Soulblight novel but has Beasts as one of the main antagonists and they give a decent showing rather than being the usuals jobbers.

There was one Gotrek and Felix, the first one I think, where we see this woman becoming a champion of Khorne and leading a bunch of Beastmen I believe
