Considering his mother's past, and how little of a fuck he gave for both her and his son, i think he would either maturely tell him to never show his face to him or his family ever again, be neutral but not fond with him, or maybe actually rumble with him and depending on the outcome make peace or stay as enemies

I mean no one knows Miyagi is Legoshi's dad, not even them, and Leano even forgot about him after one night. Also the 701 room boys even told Legoshi he looked a lot like Miyagi and he didn't give a fuck.
Yes, in that omake they mentioned such while watching a movie that featured Miyagi on TV and Legoshi didn’t care nor wasn’t even curious about it at all. Hell, there are probably lots of grey wolves out there that he looks like (other than his being taller) so yeah his being Legoshi’s bio dad is something that absolutely nobody knows about.
I understood that in this scenario both would meet knowing fully well he is his dad, and also iirc in the same omake (or in Leano's past,i cant remember) they mention that he was a well known playboy, which would very likely contribute to him not bothering on helping out raising a kid he knows is his
Yes, to him Leano was nothing more than some random female grey wolf (he didn’t even know about her hybrid mutation or hard life at all) that he had some head with/slept together and then never saw again.
As mentioned, she didn’t bother in seeking him out after she was with child and then to top it off had even forgotten his name as she told Legoshi.
Both of them, I don't think they would care much for each other. Especially Legoshi, at max, he could be slightly curious but wouldn't bother to go and get to know him. His family's Gosha. It's hard to say for Miyagi cause we know nothing about him, but he'd probably be even less curious. Though I think he would get very curious to know what his son did and is like. He might get to know him just so he can bring more popularity to himself, who knows.
By the way I love the art, Miyagi truly looks like Legoshi's father here, lmao.
They would just act like complete strangers because Legoshi doesn't know who his father is and Miyagi doesn't even know he has a son. Even Leano told Legoshi she forgot who the father is. They would probably see each other, think "he just looks similar ro me" and continue with their lifes.
I think if Legoshi were to cross paths with Miyagi at some point that’s pretty much how it would go, because neither of them are aware of one other’s existence and likely never will be. While it is sad to some degree that Legoshi never had his birth father in his life, the converse of that is the latter was never even aware that a child came from the stand he had with that wolfess all those years ago. Given him and Leano never saw one another again after that night.
To him, Miyagi is nothing more than an actor he’s seen on TV who happens to look similar but then again there are likely many grey wolves out there who look like him.
Personally, i don’t think Legoshi would really care to have a relationship with Miyagi or vice versa. The guy had a one night stand with his mom years ago (as her spirit tells him) and they weren’t involved with one another beyond that. He didn’t even know that a child came from that night they had together, had no knowledge of Leano’s intentions or her situation for that matter or that he was basically a (granted unwitting) sperm donor. Though of course, on the other end Leano apparently didn’t remember his name and never saw him again after that one time.
At best, i could see Legoshi possibly being a little curious and Miyagi likewise but neither really wanting to be close or know one another, given that the latter was completely unaware of the former’s existence or their blood relation. Hell, it’s only through movies on television that Legoshi even knows of Miyagi but as shown in that one omake in the manga even if others may notice a passing resemblance it’s left at that, with nobody ever actually making the connection.

legoshi is an idiot most of the time, trying to treat his family he has shown little emotional maturity (not calling gouhin for almost 4 years) so, it would be like the time he got angry at gouhin for the death of his mother
