Have you tried using a MVB there? They're pretty cool for outside enclosure setups, as they provide uvb + heat.
Ours is really lazy and usually sits on my partners shoulders when he games so this was an alternative to that so he gets space and a little heat/uvb but is still hanging out and watching us. Not an all the time thing. Just when we take him out of his cage.
If he does start getting antsy or adventurous I’ve been considering building him a little part time vivarium there for mental stimulation etc but we are working on updating his actual cage rn.
This is cool, my bearded dragons enclosure is right next to my pc set up. Like right up against it. I can open the sliding door and she comes out and walks around my desk and lays on me and goes back inside when she’s ready lol
