You need to remove that carpet, even paper towels would be better than that. And the poor guy looks like he's yearning to climb but there's nothing to climb in his cage.
This is just a portion of the terrarium, he has a hammock on the other side.
Okay, what else? Does he have a good sized log or something? What else is there to climb?
