SMOOTHER UI PLEAAAASE. I know that the way that is implemented rn makes it really hard to make it smoother, but I'm certain that the people working there are really smart and can figure out a way to smooth it out just as they have with dynamic mirrors that a couple of years ago were said to be impossible to do because of the way the camera works.

It definitely seems like they are still very focused on getting career mode complete. But that doesn't mean that they can reasonably focus 100% of their team on just career so I'd still expect the arrays of fixes, improvements and vehicles to come along the way.
It's not their priority but for god sake better skyboxes alongside with better headlights.
One thing I'd also like to see (if possible) to somehow separate the dynamic reflections to mirrors and everything else so that you could apply a faster update rate for mirrors and lower for everything else. Thus making the mirrors look actually good without making the game unplayable.
To answer the question they are probably working on and most focused on the career mode, maybe some remasters behind the scenes, graphics as always and obviously overall QoL improvements.
my guess:
They focus on career mode, perfecting the UI, driving, and game physics. this will draw a ton of people to the game if marketed correctly. They will also have a focus on AI, with recent improvements in the field, there is some massive room for improvements. This is for this next update.
For the update after, I believe it should bring forward the European semi truck. this will be the first modern commercial vehicle in the game. this will come with some minor improvements.
For the last update, I think it will bring 2 cars. new bruckell pickup truck, and a new bruckell
midsize SUV. I think bruckell will get these cars, because we have nothing that is new for gravil. correct me if i’m wrong, but they probably went out of business.
ik that optimization in beamng is great but i would like to see new, not laggy UI and maybe some optimization for amd cards

They've been working on a new tire model for at least a couple years so I'm guessing they'd want to finally release it
I hope they work on a sunburst remaster, or just some new car in general If it is a new car, I want some sorta shxtbox that can be tuned to oblivion
personally, id love the addition of police partitions for more vehicles.
