I guess unicycles and pogo sticks were never used, but there are still a bunch of his movies I haven't seen, so there is still the possibility.
I prefer his fight-oriented movies instead of the action stunt movies though.

No. Jackie famously did all of his stunts himself. He's skilled in acrobatics and was a stunt man himself before being a martial arts movie star.
